PURCHASE OF PROPERTY

$1,430.00 (GST incl.) – Fixed Fee for a straightforward Purchase – , including the usual searches and enquiries:
• Title Search
• Section 603 Council Rates Certificate
• Section 66 Water Rates Certificate
• Attendance of settlement in the Metropolitan area

Payment is made as to $350.00 into our office Trust Account as a retainer for our services once you have signed our Legal Service Agreement and the balance on completion of the purchase.

SALE OF PROPERTY

$1,430.00 (GST incl.) – Fixed Fee for a straightforward Sale – , including the usual searches and enquiries and discharge of one Mortgage:

• Title Search and copies of any Dealings
• Copy Plan
• Planning Certificate – Section 149 (2)
• Drainage Diagram and Sewer Reference Sheet & Section 47 Land Tax Certificate
• Attendance of settlement in the Metropolitan area

Payment is made as to $350.00 into our Trust Account to cover the cost of preparing the Contract for Sale, and after you have signed our Legal Service Agreement. The balance is payable on completion of the sale.
Fees payable for additional enquiries required in respect of the particular property will be passed on to you at cost.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees, after consultation with you, in the event that complex issues arise.
